Tim Hinegardner

Tim Hinegardner is Vice President of Global Quality, Regulatory and Safety at the Hershey Company. In this role he is responsible for all global quality, food safety, regulatory, and compliance strategies and activities the Hershey Company.Prior to his current position, Tim has held several other leadership roles in a 33-year career with Hershey to include Vice President of Manufacturing and Vice President of Global Engineering. At Hershey, Tim has also held roles in a variety of Supply Chain areas including Plant Manager at multiple sites, Operations Business Management, and other progressive leadership positions in manufacturing and industrial engineering across many Hershey facilities.

Prior to joining Hershey, Hinegardner was a US Army Officer where he served in leadership roles in US Army Engineering and Logistics attaining the rank of Captain.

Tim is originally from Moundsville WV. He and his wife Liz live in Lebanon PA.
