Julie Wiles is Director, Enterprise Business Agility for FedEx Services, residing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Wiles has over 20 years of working for FedEx, including time spent with FedEx Ground, FedEx Corporate and the FedEx Services operating companies. Her professional career began in 1999 with FedEx Ground where she progressed through roles in Hub Engineering, Operations Engineering, Customer Pickup Coordination and Linehaul Engineering, culminating in her role as Managing Director of the newly established Business Agility department in 2017. Wiles was promoted to Manager in 2005 and a Director in 2014 during her time at FedEx Ground. Wiles transitioned to FedEx Corporate in February 2021 and FedEx Services in January 2022 as Director of Enterprise Business Agility.

As Director of Enterprise Business Agility, Wiles works with a team of focused team members and cross portfolio leadership to design, implement and execute on Portfolio Management, at the Enterprise and operating company level, to connect strategy to initiatives and drive realization of business value. Her position has been responsible for the design and launch of Common Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), which has become the standard across FedEx operating companies, and in is the process of designing and launching Enterprise Portfolio Management which will enable visibility and alignment around the top strategic initiatives at FedEx.

Wiles earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and her master’s in Business from the University of Pittsburgh and has been awarded the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award three times. Additionally, she has received the FedEx Ground Business Improvement Award and multiple Gold Level Process Improvement Awards.

Wiles is a native of Morgantown, WV, and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA. Wiles is a champion for women’s leadership and serves as a board member for Pennsylvania Women Work. Julie has a passion for travel, reading, movies and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins in her free time.
