Nailler started his career at Eaton in 1996 on the Leadership Development Program as the Sales Engineer in Charleston, WV. Nailler has worked at the Eaton Corporation from 1996 to present day. He currently serves as the Director of Strategic Marketing and Sales. Nailler's roles at Eaton have included Sales Management, Product Line Management and Operations Management with locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Cincinnati, OH, Asheville, NC and Williamsburg, VA.
Nailler was the 2020-2021 IMSE Academy Vice President, is the 2022 IMSE Academy President and is a member of the Mountaineer Athletic Club.
