Beth Correll is currently leading the Finance Transformation Management Office at The Hershey Company.
She joined Hershey as an Industrial Engineer in 1998. While in Industrial Engineering, Ms. Correll worked closely with the Marketing teams and the manufacturing plants on financial analyses, continuous improvement projects and capital funding requests. For several years, she managed the IE Plant Support team, responsible for IE support at all US manufacturing facilities. Ms. Correll went on to spend nine years in Hershey’s Global Procurement team, with leadership roles in all three of the major categories of spend – Indirect, Commodities and Packaging Materials. In these roles she implemented sourcing policies and practices resulting in significant savings, risk management and supply continuity. She then joined the US Finance team with roles spanning across Gross Margin improvement, Commercial Finance and now the Global Finance Transformation role. Prior to joining Hershey, Beth worked as a Quality Engineer at Amp, Inc., an electronics connector manufacturer in Harrisburg, PA.
Ms. Correll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, where she continues to play an advisory role through the Industrial Engineering Visiting Committee and Distinguished Alumni Academy. She resides with her family in Hershey, PA.
